PARC SPORTIF DES 3 TILLEULS SWIMMING SCHOOL
- Important message for the start of the September 2020 school year - Swimming school lessons start the week of September 7, 2020. No new registrations accepted for the moment (at least until the first 7 weeks)

The swimming school offers nearly 50 different lessons, for all levels, every day of the week. The lessons are accessible from the youngest age (baby swimmers) and up to 13 years old. Each level group has its specific objectives. The swimming school operates in 2 cycles of almost 20 lessons. At the end of each cycle, the children's level is assessed and they are awarded a certificate. Depending on your child's progress, they may move to a higher level group from cycle to cycle.

CYCLES 2020-2021


Covid19 recovery cycle - from September to the end of October - this cycle is reserved for children enrolled in cycle 3 of the year 2019-2020. This is a 7 week recovery course. Confirmation procedure (link reserved for children enrolled in cycle 3)

Cycle 1 - from end of October (26/10/2020) to mid-February (14/02/2021)

Cycle 2 - from mid-February to the end of June 2021

Baby swimming

In the mini-basin
From 3 months
Sundays from 9 a.m. to 12:20 p.m.
The main objective of the sessions we offer is family fun.
We offer various activities / exercises to evolve in the aquatic environment with the family.
Parents are in the water with their child. The instructors supervise the practice in the water, letting families discover and have fun together in the aquatic environment.
We welcome children from 3 months and up to 3 years.
Water at a temperature of around 32 ° C.
Payment is made on site

Aquatic psychomotricity

In the mini-basin
20-minute sessions
From 3 years.
Maximum 4 students / group
Familiarization with the aquatic element - learning to move vertically then horizontally with support - movements without support (ventral and dorsal arrow) - beats.

Tadpoles

30-minute sessions
For ages 4 and up.
Maximum 12 students / group
Getting used to water, learning to move vertically and then horizontally with and without support. Full immersion, ventral arrow, initiation to leg movement in breaststroke, initiation to arm movement in breaststroke (while walking), initiation to kicking.
